Fought through to the end, though it got boring really fast & I found myself going near the computer couple of times.Īfter the hour was over, I'd still get my dopamine fix, like usual, but I wouldn't feel so tired/squeezed dry/unmotivated in the afternoon – all that despite all of the shit that got done in the apartment, that I didn't have the motivation nor the energy to do before. Just a bit of radio - as a background noise - to help me stay focused on what needs my attention. No books, no TV, smartphone, games, messages/e-mails, coffee etc that I can easily lose myself into (or that can lead me to that), or that - so to say - "scratches the itch" dopamine-wise.
